Let me start off with, I didn't give her any time really in advance. I totally forgot to get my sons boutonnière and corsage for his date for prom. I went to another floral shop first nearby but really didnt like anything in there, so coming into Kaitlyn's shop, I just said, whatever she has, I just have to take it. Let me tell you, the shop alone is extremely cute and her and her staff's level of customer service is phenomenal. I showed her a picture of something I saw online and she immediately knew the flower was photoshopped but, she'll make him something similar to it and what she did, was outstanding. The boutainnaire was just perfect on my sons prom suit and the corsage, she even made a homemade pearl wristlet for the young lady to wear it. Just amazing. Everything came out perfect. Thank you very much Kaitlyn for your level of professionalism and customer service. I will be a long time customer from now on here.
